VIP, Founders and Verification

Community Guidelines

Policy Rationale

VIP's are persons in the community that have been either directly voted to become one or been assigned by Yui, they have certain benefits like, private textchat, bypass to subscribers only stream, bypass of slowchat, bypass of subscribers only chat.
Founders are people who were one of 10 first Subscribers on YuiSupJ's channel. They do get an special badge next to their name upon subscribing
Verified people are notable people within the Community such as Staff members (as well former staff members), people that are official content creators or Business Partners of NepFam Studios, celebrities.
There is currently no way to apply for the verification program as we still work on a way.
You will keep your verification tick If you got verified due to prior criteria. (Except you leave the community.)

VIP Eligibility/Removal

Granting the status

Its up to YuiSupJ's discretion whenever a user becomes a VIP or not.
Being a moderator does not guarantee granting VIP status.

Removal of the status

The VIP status can be revoked if one of the criteria has been met. Unlike the Founders badge this is not permanent, the status can be granted again in the future.

Yui reserves the right to revoke the status if the user:

  1. Deleted or Deactivated their Twitch account or,
  2. has been banned from the community as a whole, or
  3. Is absent for at least 2 years and it is certain that the user will not return or engage in the community in the future.
Note:
  • The VIP status is tied to the Twitch account of the respective user.
  • The 2 year period starts with the latest chat message on twitch.

VIP Hoodies

Members with VIP status can be eligible to recieve their own official VIP hoodie either Personalized or not.
To be Eligible for the personalized hoodie you need to fulfill the following criteria:
  • Your username must comply with our policies
  • You need to be active in our discord server and streams
  • You're in compliance with our community guidelines
  • You don't have an active Community Guideline violation within the past 6 months

Founder Eligibility/Removal

Granting the badge

A founders badge gets granted if you are one of the first 10 Subscribers on YuiSupJ's channel(s) OR someone got their Founders Badge revoked and you are next in line.

Removal of the Badge

Removing the Founders Badge is permanent, once revoked, the badge cannot be reassigned.
Yui reserves the right to remove Founder badges if the user
1. Deleted or Deactivated their Twitch account or,
2. Got issued a Community ban or,
3. Is absent for at least 2 Years after the last chat message and its safe that that user will never return. or,
4. Staying absent for 2 months after the badge has been granted due to the follow-up procedure
However when a user is scheduled to have their founders badge removed, can take up to a year to allow absent/deactivated users to return and or to review the legitimately of community bans.

Verification Eligibility

Official Verification Badges
Basically, every community member has the right to request verification within out community.
We verify people based on these criteria:
  • Active: Your account must have interacted with the NepFam Community within the last 3 Months
  • Authentic: Your account represents a real person, business, or entity
  • Complete: Your account must a username, bio, profile photo
  • Notable: Your account (at least one of those):
    • - must be featured in multiple news sources. We don't consider press releases and sponsored or paid media.
    • - is a business partner of NepFam Studios.
    • - is a official NepFam Studios content creator.
    • - is eligible for special security against impersonators, for example: being a content creator with a certain reach, colab partners, family members or relationship partner of Yui.
