Community Guidelines

Policy Rationale

There are multible ways to support the NepFam Community directly, although finacially supporting the community is entirely optional and NOT mandatory in order to access content that is deemed to be available for all users.

Gifted Games

Sometimes it may ocur that Yui get games or software gifted to their account with the intention from the gifter for Yui to stream it.
While Yui is invested to use software in order to improve streaming or uses the games for content (Streaming), Yui reserves the right to decide whenever a game will be streamed or not. This also applies when the gift already has been redeemed.
⚠️ Important
It is always the risk of the gifter that the game gets streamed or not, Yui is not liable for not streamed games as these are considered gifts.
Gifting Games does not guarantee that it will be streamed or used for content!

Ways of financial support

These are the only current ways of directly support the NepFam, YuiSupJ will never ask you to financially support the community via other ways that are not listed below.
Yui is obligated to not offer anything in return for Donations that had been sent through Streamelements
  • Subscribing through Twitch/Trovo or YouNow
  • Cheering bits through Twitch
  • Casting spells on Trovo
  • Donation through Streamelements
  • Merch purchases through NepFam Studios
  • Chest purchases through Streamloots
  • Game Server shops (in case of game events)
  • Subscribing through Instagram

Refund Policy

  • Subscribtions, Cheers on Twitch are refundable under certain circumstances. See more here
  • Merch products can be returned and refunded under circumstances. See more here
  • Chest purchases can be refunded within 15 days IF the chest has NOT been opened. See more here
  • Subscriptions, Elixir on Trovo are non-refundable. See more here
  • Subscriptions and virtual currency on YouNow is non-refundable. See more here
  • Donations (Tips) are non-refundable. See more here
  • Gifted games or software are non-refundable
In case that you want to file a refund request, please contact the support of the respective platform of the product you want to refund.
NepFam is not responsible for processing refunds, nor is it obligated to refund any financial support directly.

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback occurs when a payment is returned to a debit or credit card after a customer disputes a transaction.
Donations, that get wrongfully disputed through streamelements may result in an permanent ban from donating through Streamelements.
A permanent ban from donating via Streamelements also prevents you from donating on other streamers channels that use Streamelements.
If we suspect fraudulent actions from a user in case of using stolen credit cards/paypal accounts we will take actions to freeze all transactions of that respective user and forward our concerns to the platforms that the transaction has been filed through. Malicious chargebacks may result in an permanent ban on some platforms/channels.

Abuse of Localized Pricing

We are very happy that you want to support YuiSupJ financially, however, using an VPN or Localized (forgeign) Payment methods that are NOT your native ones to get an unfair discount, ergo abusing the localized payment features of the services NepCity resides.
This directly harms Yui, and is unfair to everyone who purchasing items and/or services as stated in §7.3 legitimately.
What happens when we found an anomaly in the revenue?
We do initiate an investigation to verify if a purchase has been made legitimately.
If we find that the Localized Pricing system has been abused, we will contact the user directly and initiate necessary steps.
