Community Guidelines

Policy Rationale

AI has become a fundamental asset within our society, these AI tools became powerful over the years. In this Policy we regulate how you can use and share AI generated content within our community.

in this policy we seperate AI types in 4 Tiers.

For all tiers, it is mandatory that AI usage has to be disclosed. Failure to do so may result in a penalty issued against the offenders account.

Tier 1: Text generative AI content

Text generative AI i.e. ChatGPT, Deepseek etc. is the most harmless use of AI in our community, therefore we do not restrict sharing the content of "Text AI".

You are free to use and share the content made by Text generative AI.

You may not:

  • Create AI Chatbots that are not designated as such

Tier 2: Audio generative AI

Audio generative AI is widely used for good causes. however it is also used in a harmful context. We do restrict Audio generative AI to a certain extent.

You may not:

  1. Use TTS voices of people that did not gave their consent that their voice is being used for AI (such as scraping voice samples from streamers, celebrities etc.)
  2. Use TTS voices with the intent that violates other policies, such as Bullying and Harassment.
  3. Use TTS voices with the intent to deceive others in order to gain an unfair finantial advantage, or to gain sexual advantages over an other human being.
  4. Use TTS voices of a Minor.
  5. Create Songs that includes a violation of point 1 to 4.

Tier 3: Photo generative AI

Photo generative AI is probably one of the most harmful types of generative AI as it uses interllectual works of artists without their consent.

Therefore we restrict sharing photo generative AI content that is:

  • Not labled as AI
  • Not shared in an educational context
    • You are allowed to share AI pictures that are in an educational context i.e. demonstrating how photo generative AI works. However the content of the AI photo may not violate other policies of the community.
  • In violation of other policies

All Tier 3 content has to be labled as AI if they have been made by AI or AI has been used in the process of creating the content. Failure to do so or actively trying to deceive others will result in a penalty issued against the offender. 

Tier 4: Video generative AI

Video generative AI is the newest advancement of AI that went viral across social media platforms. It has the most potential to cause severe harm to the society and community as it becomes more harder to destinguish AI content with Human made content.

Therefore we restrict video generative AI as a whole with a few exceptions:

  • Animal memes

You may not:

  1. Share AI video content without an AI disclaimer.
  2. Share AI video content with the intention to violate other policies.
  3. Share AI video content that includes real humans or existing VTubers avatars without their written consent.

Trying to remove/hide/alter watermarks that declare AI content, or insisting that it has been made by Humans in anyway (despite knowing that this is not the case) is considered deceiving others and will result in a severe penalty.
