Terms of Service — NepFam Panel

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NepFam Panel Twitch Extension ("the Extension"), operated by YuiSupJ ("we", "us", "the operator"). By opening or interacting with the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

The Extension is a third-party Twitch Extension and is subject to Twitch's own Terms of Service and Developer Agreement in addition to these Terms. For information on what data we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Twitch's own minimum age and account requirements to use Twitch and, by extension, to use the Extension. Use of the Extension is also subject to the rules of the specific channel it is installed on (e.g. the streamer's own chat/community rules).

2. What the Extension provides

The Extension is a Panel Extension that lets viewers of a participating channel:

  • Claim daily/weekly/monthly rewards and redeem codes for an in-Extension virtual currency ("Lumen" / "Pure Lumen")
  • Play simple mini-games (e.g. Slot Machine, Blackjack) using that currency
  • Spend currency on cosmetic panel skins and, in the future, other cosmetic or role-related items
  • Track achievements, view a leaderboard, and search other viewers' public profiles
  • Send currency to other viewers of the same channel

Some deployments of the Extension run in a standalone demo mode (e.g. during Twitch's review process), where all data is simulated locally and does not reflect real balances or affect any live channel.

3. Virtual currency ("Lumen" / "Pure Lumen")

  • Lumen and Pure Lumen are virtual, in-Extension currencies only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash, and are not a form of cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument.
  • Balances are tied to your Twitch account on the specific channel(s) where you earned them and are not transferable between channels.
  • Balances, rewards, achievements, and shop items may be reset, adjusted, or removed at the discretion of the operator or the streamer — for example to fix errors, prevent abuse, or rebalance the economy. We will try to avoid unnecessary resets but cannot guarantee balances are permanent.
  • Some Channel Points redemptions on a participating channel may be converted into Lumen/Pure Lumen automatically. This conversion is configured by the streamer and may change or be discontinued at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other automated or unfair means to claim rewards, redeem codes, or play games ("farming"/exploiting)

  • Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with another viewer's balance, profile, or account without authorization (e.g. exploiting the Send/transfer feature)

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Extension's operation or backend service beyond what Twitch's platform normally allows

  • Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Twitch's own Terms of Service or a channel's community rules

We reserve the right to suspend, reset, or permanently block a viewer's access to the Extension (including their balance, profile, and any associated data) if they violate these Terms, abuse or exploit the Extension, or engage in behavior that harms the community — without prior notice and at the operator's or streamer's discretion. A block may apply to a single channel or, in cases of serious abuse, across all channels using the Extension.

5. Availability

The Extension depends on Twitch's platform, the Extension backend service, and — where connected — the streamer's own local bot software (Mix It Up) and internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be unavailable, delayed, or show outdated data if any of these dependencies are offline (e.g. the streamer's PC is off), though the Extension is designed to fail gracefully rather than crash in that case.

6. Changes to the Extension and these Terms

We may add, change, or remove features, rewards, currencies, or shop items at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Extension, including loss of virtual currency, achievements, or items — remember that these have no real-world value.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. liability for intent or gross negligence).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time simply by not interacting with it. We may discontinue the Extension on a given channel, or entirely, at any time.
